Payment

	PayPal Easy, quickly and secure. When you choose PayPal, the total order amount is authorized during checkout and charged immediately after your order is placed. Your order will be processed and shipped once it has been accepted by us.
	Bank card We accept Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. To pay by credit card, simply enter your card number, the three-digit security code (CVV), the expiry date and the cardholder's name during checkout. The security code can be found on the back of your card, usually in the signature area. For your security, we do not store your credit card details. Therefore, you will need to enter your card information each time you place an order.
	Cash in advance/prepayment Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please transfer the total amount to the bank account specified in the confirmation email. As soon as we receive your payment, we will dispatch your order without delay.
	SEPA / Direct debit SEPA Direct Debit is available only to customers with a bank account at a German bank. Simply select SEPA Direct Debit during checkout. Along with your order confirmation, you will receive a separate email containing the SEPA Direct Debit mandate. Please complete, sign, and return the mandate to us by email or fax. Your account will only be debited once your order has been shipped. This payment method is available to registered customers with a customer account from their third order onwards.
	Payment by invoice Payment by invoice is available only for deliveries within Germany and only to registered customers whose first order has been completed successfully. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will then be shipped promptly via UPS. An invoice will be included with your shipment and payment is due within 14 days. Please note that payment by invoice is available to business customers only. This payment method is not available for new customers.
	Cash on delivery/ C.O.D. Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries within Germany. An additional €8,90 cash-on-delivery fee applies, plus the standard shipping charges. This payment method is available to registered customers with a customer account from their third order onwards.
