Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days as from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

with a clear statement (such as a letter sent by postal mail, telefax, or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the enclosed sample cancellation form, but this is not required.
To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient if you send the notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Cancellation
Cancellation If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Deliveries to Non-EU Countries
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse delivery costs only up to the cost of the least expensive standard shipping method offered by us. Any additional costs arising from the selection of a different delivery method will not be reimbursed.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third countries), you are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs duties, import charges, taxes, or handling fees incurred in connection with the return.
Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged and returned using a shipping method that provides proof of dispatch.
